What's the difference between ready to use and DIY kits?

Ready-to-use devices arrive assembled in their case, flashed and tested, so you just plug them in. DIY kits come as parts with firmware already loaded and a picture guide: you plug the modules together yourself, with no soldering, and save some money. DIY kits do not include a case.

Do I need to solder anything in a DIY kit?

No. Every socket, relay and terminal on our carrier boards is already soldered. You plug the modules in and tighten a few screws. Modules only fit one way round.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

Not for ready-to-use devices: plug in, connect to your WiFi from your phone and it works. DIY kits are made for beginners and students and come with a step-by-step guide. Either way, message us on WhatsApp if you get stuck.

What is ESP32?

ESP32 is the small WiFi computer chip inside our devices. You never have to touch it, but because it is a popular open platform, makers can also reprogram it with ESPHome, Tasmota or Arduino.

Can I watch the camera on my phone?

Yes. Open the camera's page in your phone browser on the same WiFi, or add it to VLC, NVR software or Home Assistant. Ask us on WhatsApp about viewing from outside your home.

Does the GPS tracker send its location to my phone?

No. It shows position, speed and satellites on its own screen and can log over USB. It has no SIM card, so it does not report location remotely.

Who installs the smart switch?

The switch itself runs on safe 5 V USB power, but the appliances it controls run on 230 V, so a qualified electrician should wire that side.

How do I order and pay?

How fast is shipping, and what if something is faulty?

Orders ship across India within 3 to 7 business days. If an item arrives defective or dead on arrival, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it. Keep the original packaging.

What is MCP support?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI assistants and agents read sensors, take camera snapshots or switch relays on ecDIY devices through a standard interface.
