Data is used exclusively to fulfill hardware orders, generate tax-compliant GST invoices, manage customer support via WhatsApp/email, and comply with Indian statutory accounting rules.

4. Data Security & Storage

All customer records and order databases are stored securely on encrypted private servers and isolated tenant environments with strict access controls. We never sell or share data with third-party marketers.

5. Shipping & Returns

Orders ship across India within 3-7 business days. Returns or replacements for defective/DOA items are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.
